LONDON DESIGN FESTIVAL

I was a Lead Producer for the Southwark segment of the 2021 London Design Festival.

'Permanent Temporary' was a week-long celebration of resilient creativity on Old Kent Road.

​​We ran an application process to select a team of local architects, visual artists, digital media producers, and fashion designers to collaboratively construct a large-scale transdisciplinary installation piece and fashion show using recycled materials.

Throughout the week, we ran creative workshops and film screenings at the Livesey Exchange, a community makers space in the transformed garages at the bottom of Ledbury Estate.

We held our finale weekend in a renovated Victorian bottling factory, where in addition to the fashion show, we hosted live music, curated galleries, locally-based food trucks, and a designers market.
